Some prints are produced on demand and fulfilled by The Printspace as our print fulfilment partner. The sale remains between you and us, and you should contact us directly about your order, delivery, returns, refunds, or product issues.

Print-on-demand items are produced after checkout. The Printspace publishes a typical dispatch target of 2 to 5 working days for print-on-demand orders, and delivery time after dispatch can vary by destination and courier service.

The Printspace may produce and dispatch from the most suitable production location for the delivery address. Their current fulfilment locations include the UK, Germany, and the United States, which helps reduce unnecessary cross-border movement where possible.

If a print-on-demand item arrives damaged or is significantly delayed, contact us promptly with your order reference, photographs of the item and packaging, and any tracking information. We may need this evidence so the fulfilment partner can assess and resolve the issue.

Standard UK Delivery Policy

We deliver UK orders using the delivery option selected at checkout. The available delivery methods, delivery price, estimated dispatch time, and estimated delivery time are shown before payment. We will confirm the order by email in a format you can keep.

Unless we agree a different delivery timeframe with you before you order, goods will be delivered within 30 days. If we become aware of a delay, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and explain your options.

Delivery may be made by Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, DHL, UPS, or another suitable courier depending on the item, destination, size, value, and service selected. Where tracking is available, we will share tracking details after dispatch.
